What we collect
When you submit the form on this page, we collect the fields you fill in: full name, work email, organisation, job title, optional referral source, and your consent preferences. We also capture technical metadata to prevent abuse: a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address (never your raw IP), your browser's user-agent string, the referrer URL, and any UTM parameters present on the page when you submitted.
Why we collect it
- To send you the report and toolkit you requested.
- To understand who is interested in the study, so we can report aggregate usage back to SWDA.
- To prevent automated submissions and protect the form from abuse.
Who sees your data
Your submission is shared between Ravenry (the data processor) and the Skills & Workforce Development Agency (the study commissioner). We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with any other parties. If you opted into future updates, those updates come from either Ravenry or SWDA directly.
How long we keep it
We retain the submission until the campaign concludes, after which the data is either anonymised (for aggregate reporting) or deleted on request.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to receive future updates at any time. Contact hello@theravenry.com to exercise any of these rights.
